Common Microdosing Protocols

The Fadiman Protocol (Every 3 Days): Developed by Dr. James Fadiman, this is the most popular protocol. It involves taking a microdose on Day 1, followed by two days of rest (Day 2 and 3). The rationale is to prevent tolerance buildup and allow for observation of effects on both the dosing day and the "afterglow" days.

The Stamets Stack (4-5 Days On, 2-3 Days Off): Pioneered by mycologist Paul Stamets, this method involves taking a microdose for 4 or 5 consecutive days, followed by 2 or 3 days off. This protocol often involves "stacking" (combining) psilocybin with Lion's Mane mushroom and Vitamin B3 (Niacin) to further enhance cognitive function.
